About The Event
Its the time of year to prepare for cold and flu season. Join local herbalist, Beth Sachnoff of Wild Child Apothecary, for an herbal medicine making workshop focused on strengthening and nourishing the immune system. We will create a batch of elderberry syrup using fresh local elderberries. Elderberry syrup is a tasty and effective herbal remedy for staying healthy during cold & flu season.
