Join Wild Child Apothecary on Thursday 11/29 for the Herbal Medicine Salon, which features a new seasonal topic each month and explores different ways to use plants as medicine for whole-self care.
Staying well during cold and flu season can be challenging, especially this time of year. This month we will focus on herbs for stimulating your immune system into gear when cold and flu are near.
In this class we will be chopping, dicing and preparing a batch of fire cider. This kitchen folk remedy is perfect to have on hand as we head into winter. Learn how to support your immune system using herbs and spices commonly found in the kitchen and garden. Some of the plants we’ll be working with include garlic, ginger, onion, cayenne, lemon, rosemary, thyme and more.
Make your own jar of fire cider to take home.
Class is held in the backspace of The Well. Space is limited, so be sure to purchase a ticket in advance. Tickets available HERE.
