You'll get instant accountability and community inside our private Facebook group. Share your daily reflection & connect with the community of mamas taking the challenge with you. A place to encourage and learn together! Respond to the prompts inside the Facebook group each day and you'll automatically be entered to win a sweet package of herbal remedies.

I LOVED the challenge! I struggle with time management and burn out. During the challenge, I made a focused intention to take a break and look inward. It allowed me to pause and give myself time to just be! I really appreciated the community aspect, and hearing from other mamas in the group. I enjoyed have small, achievable goals every day. It made me realize I can take time out, even if it's 5 mins, for myself. We ALL have 5 mins to step away!
I was struggling to recharge and find my reserves, so I could be with my children’s deep emotions, while also making space for myself. With the challenge, I saw how making even 5-minutes to be present makes a difference. It was clear, easy to follow, and the perfect way to start & implement this simple practice. I got some new ideas and tips, and I liked the daily intention setting. I loved Beth’s realness as a mom, her ability to really listen, and her clarity as a teacher.
The challenge gave me permission to take time-out for myself. I have to remember that I am allowed time to just breathe and be. I don't have to feel guilty if I want to do something "crafty" before I do housework or something "mom" related. I was very pleased with the thought-provoking questions, they made me stop and think every day.
I realized the mantra of taking just 5-minutes to myself is really helpful throughout the day. I liked that the challenge was simple. It’s just 5 minutes for 5 days. It didn’t feel like yet another thing to do.
