Discovery Questionnaire: Before we begin you’ll complete a pre-program questionnaire to capture the big picture of your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Clarity Session: Our first session is a 90-minute deep dive to dig into your vision and clarify where you want to be in 3-6 months. Our first session will take place over video via zoom or skype so we can get to know each other more.
Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions: We’ll work together over the phone every other week to explore what you’re struggling with and create a strategy for feeling energized, present and balanced. We’ll have two 50-minute coaching calls per month.
Getting to the Root: Throughout our sessions, we’ll do a thorough case history--exploring your medical history, food choices, hydration, sleep routine, stress management, body systems, family history and much more. Instead of addressing symptoms we’ll start putting together the pieces to support you in making changes based on what is at the root.
Custom Herbal Medicine: Each month I’ll mail you a magical package of custom formulated herbal tinctures, teas and or flower essences to help you with your wellness goals. All herbal medicines are hand-blended from my extensive apothecary, made from organic and locally grown herbs. I’m serious about my sourcing and was trained by master medicine makers. You’re getting only the best from me!
Bi-weekly Action Plan: We’ll create a clear and concise plan of action after each session so you know what to prioritize and move you toward your vision.
How-to Guides: Expand your herbal knowledge and learn how to create your own herbal remedies with my expert how-to guides.
Personally vetted resources, tools, and referrals to save you time and money.
An herbalist at your fingertips! You’ll have email access to me between sessions to help you navigate whatever challenges arise. Come down with a crazy sinus infection, your kid gets pink eye - I got you.
